Sunny was phenomenally helpful in arranging our mortgage for us, as first time buyers we had loads of questions and Sunny was very knowledgable, patient and guided us seamlessly through finding the best product for us. So we just recently completed on our new home. There were so many obstacles in the way but Gaurav and his team were on top of everything, especially Amanda who went out of her way to keep chasing relevant parties to ensure we get prompt responses all the way throughout the whole processs. Can’t thank Gaurav and Amanda enough for their brilliant work! Ours was an extremely complicated off plan re-assignment with of course, time restrictions. To top this, the pandemic had its own challenges.
