Knights took care of the sale of my fathers house and were absolutely wonderful to deal with. Everyone there took special time and care around our situation, making sure my elderly father felt comfortable in the process. The entire team were lovely to deal with, and handled us with kindness and understanding. Dino, Resit, Stephanie, and George went above and beyond to be helpful, and supportive, often going out of their way to make things that bit easier on me and my dad, which was extremely appreciated by us both. Selling your home can be a stressful time for so many reasons, Knights really held us through the process and made it easy on us. They were transpartent and communicative throughout. I would reccomend them, without hesitation, to anyone.

While in the search of a suitable property that I could call home, I faced a lot of challenges as a first-time buyer. After viewing 15-20 properties through multiple estate agents and having several offers rejected over a period of 2 months, I felt tired and exasperated. I then realised that I had overlooked Knights Residential when registering my details with estate agents in the area. I gave them a call and George Paphitis answered. What a game changer. Within a week, he had found a property that he thought would be suitable for me. Upon viewing the property, I quickly realised that George was right, on his first try! I put an offer in, and after some brief negotiations, my offer was accepted. I subsequently encountered a few hiccups with solicitors that had been recommended to me by friends. George and his colleagues at Knights were patient and understanding during this time. Moreover, they even recommended suitable solicitors who processed the legal side of things smoothly. Buying a property is stressful enough without having to deal with these kinds of headaches, do yourself a favour and go with Knights Residential, I cannot recommend them strongly enough.

Excellent service from Dino, Katrina and Resit at Knights! I met Dino a few years ago and was very impressed, I felt so confident I'd made the right choice of agent and he didnt dissappoint. I then dealt with Katrina, equally brilliant, so efficient and deals with issues with such ease. Just when I thought Knights couldn't get any better, along came Resit! He just handled a let for me, he was keen to show a specific couple, but the flat wasn't ready to show. With his determination and drive he had the property ready within a week, he arranged the painter, cleaner and removals, he then showed the couple and they loved it. His skill in finding the right tenant so quickly was remarkable. He kept me informed every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble for him, he genuinely cared in getting everything right and made the process stress free.

I have sold my house in Edmonton with Knights. I've had valuations by a number of estate agents - both local and large firms, and Knights were the most trustworthy from the start. Initially I was dealing with Dino, who's really passionate and was just fantastic throughout the entire process. Knights have arranged a great photographer to take amazing pictures of the house, a day of viewings with loads of prospective buyers - all whilst I was abroad on holiday. After the property has gone on the market, Resit was looking after the sale who was equally brilliant. He found a great buyer and negotiated an excellent price for us, which I was very pleased with. The rest of the process went really smooth, and the communication from Knights was perfect: I was kept up to date and all of my questions were answered promptly. I would 100% recommend going with Knights if you're looking for a stress-free, straightforward sale with agents who genuinely have your interest at heart.

My name is Helen and my husband and l have just moved home with the help of Knights. From our first encounter Knights, we knew we had no choice but to use them as our agents. We were impressed with their professionalism, their "can do" attitude and their respectful manner. Dino was the first person we met with but which ever of his colleagues, whether it be Resh or George, their manners and conduct were impeccable. This us something that is rare in today's society. Whatever obstacles came along, there was no guessing as to what had happened. Dino was always upfront and able to provide us with answers to our many questions asked of him. He was fully contactable every step of the way. His colleagues Resh and George were very efficient in passing on all the messages to call us back. We always received calls back the same day, on occasions, within the hour. We can't say enough good things about Knights as a company as there's only so much we can write. We are recommending then to everyone we meet. Their attention to detail was also first class. I don't believe that if they were acting for their own relatives they would have provided a better service. They're a first class bunch of young professional guys who really are committed and care deeply.
