GoogleI recently had a very frustrating experience with this company. Despite our efforts to communicate and move forward with a proposal, it took over 10 days to get a response, only to be told that key terms like the lease length and rent-free period were not acceptable. This lack of communication caused unnecessary delays and made it difficult to plan properly. It feels as though they are not committed to working efficiently with potential tenants, and we have since moved on to other opportunities. I would not recommend working with them if you're expecting prompt and professional service.
