GoogleI highly recommend KFH Lee. My dealings with Edmund Abatan have been 5-star plus. Ed assisted my husband and I with a let in Hither Green. He was honest, professional and went more than the extra mile to assist us. We can only say good things about the agency and Ed. If you're looking for a lease or want to let your property I'd advise you use Ed. He's outstanding.

GoogleMy experience was just terrible. They had one set of photos and the price originally. Then they forced me to bet 100£ more to the original price. But after I've paid the security deposit they told a different story about what will be included and what not, and about ownership of this property. On top, they changed the price and photos on the website to prove their arguments. I don't know about experience of other people with this letting agency but I've just lost my money and time. Be careful with these people.

GoogleWe bought a house through KFH Lee back in March and weren't impressed with the service. I'm definitely glad I wasn't selling through them! We always had to do the chasing of the agent we were dealing with. They rarely returned our calls yet had an annyoing habit of leaving us voicemails saying "call me back please" - never explaining what the call was about. Often it was to check progress on something they should already have been dealing with. I also didn't like their pushy upselling tactics saying that we had to speak with their financial advisors and conveyancers it would "Put our offer in a better light". We sold with a different local agency who did also upsell their conveyancing service but in a much less pushy way.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleI viewed a rental property with Edmund that in the end we didn't go for. However, Edmund contacted me a week later saying he had a property he thought matched our needs. Within an hour and a half we were viewing the property and had an offer accepted before it hit the main property sites. We were delighted with the service from Edmund and since the offer was accepted he has kept us up to date and guided us through the process seemlessly. Excellent service and would recommend.

GoogleMy family's experience with KFH Lee Branch so far has been great! We were contacted by Sonny and in less than a week we found the perfect home and our offer was accepted. The best think about working with the agent Sonny, was his efficient communication. We were able to get in touch any time during the day and he was always very helpful, and with a great level of professionalism. I would definitely consider and recommend the KFH Lee branch anytime in the future!

GoogleAlbert L There are estate agents and there is KFH Lee estate agents. From my initial call to Elliot (the branch director) I was given excellent guidance and advice to market my property. I met the team of Elliot, Jade and Edmund, and what a team. Great communication, very friendly, professional and always on hand to help and put my mind at ease. In short, they did exactly what they said they were going to do, and did it extremely well. A fantastic team, very well lead. I can’t thank you enough.

In particular, Mr Goode has taken great care to truly understand what I'm looking for and, unlike other agents from different companies, only sent me listings of properties that were truly relevant for me. He's been always punctual and reliable, and he's extremely friendly, which makes the entire house search experience a little less stressful and more enjoyable. Would highly recommend
