GoogleI just bought a wondersful flat in Fulham, after only 4 months of searching. The KFH office has been very helpful with the entire process of purchasing with regular updates and providing me with all the information needed. The real estate agent that sold me the house and has been my main point of contact is Thomas Syms. He has been very responsive to every enquiry I've had, always willing to assist me and move the purchasing process as quickly as possible.

GoogleJust signed on a great flat with KFH. Our letting agent Samantha could not have been more helpful, patient and lovely and helped us a lot throughout the whole process making it go as smoothly as possible. She really went the extra mile. I had someone else for my initial viewing who was about half an hour late and then rushed my viewing because he had other people in after me. But we love the flat and Samantha and the rest of the team couldn't have been better!

The contrast was immediate with Fergus and his proactive professional team advertising widely across their branch network, with multiple immediate viewings and an offer inside 2 days from a great tenant. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending KFH and Fergus

GoogleWe didn't end up organising a contract with them, but Abrahim was very helpful in showing us suitable properties for our group and negotiating with the landlord on our behalf. The agency fees are reasonable. Highly recommend

GoogleWe didn't book through KFH this year but have in the past with Abrahim which was equally as friendly and professional. We had Sam as our agent this time and she was really personal and warm to work with. She understood what we were looking for and was keeping us updated throughout. Really positive experience with KFH and Sam even though we didn't book this year but will definitely be coming back again in the future should we need to due to the high level of service and care

GoogleWe are so impressed by KFH - specifically for their positive, can-do attitude to getting sales over the line and making a deal happen. We all know how tricky house buying and selling can be - KFH go above and beyond to ensure their clients are looked after, well-advised, kept up to date through the entire process and most of all - they are decent people who understand the highs and lows of the process and are supportive throughout. Most especially, Damien Jeffries (the manager) is an outstanding person who has now become a friend and shows great dedication, loyalty and good old fashioned British manners.

GoogleYou often see a persons best attributes in adversity and this was 100% the case with my experience with Damien Jeffries. Damien professionalism and experience was for sure the reason our transaction made it to an exchange of contracts. Everything that possibly could go wrong during a conveyancing process definitely did during our purchase. A lesser agent would have lost the trust / faith of all involved but Damien somehow managed to keep all the plates spinning and we got over the line. As a buying agent, I deal with many estate agents and Damien has proven to be one of the best out there. If you are looking for an exceptional sales agent in Fulham/Parsons Green, call Damien at KFH before anyone else!

GoogleWe sold our 2-3 bed flat on Fulham Road with KFH during the Summer of 2018. Damien, Stacey and their team were excellent. We had offers from day 1, even before the full advert became available. After a couple of iterations, we accepted the offer and KFH helped manage all the process through exchange and completion very smoothly. Their fee was very competitive, which reflected the fact that our agreed asking prize was reasonable (after looking carefully at the market and receiving 3 quotes from different agents). I would definitely recommend KFH. We advertised and agreed a sale within days, and moved to our new home within a couple of months.

GoogleDon’t say this often about real estate agents, but KFH has been professional, reliable and brilliant during the sale of our flat. Amy Lawes managed to sell our flat off-market post lockdown. She was absolutely instrumental in managing our chain all the way through to completion. No-nonsense, honest and direct feedback throughout the whole process plus she is just a delight to work with. We’ve never had this painless of a buying/selling process!
