GoogleThanks to all at KFH who handled our sale and purchase recently. Everyone in the office was responsive and professional. Lee Lane was fantastic. No issue was too small for him to deal with. We really appreciated all their efforts to make things go smoothly.

GoogleHollie was really helpful and I would highly recommend if you're looking for a property to rent in the area. Very friendly and helped us find properties that matched our criteria and not just on the books!

GoogleWe have recently engaged KFH in selling our residential home. From the day one when Stuart paid his 1st visit to today when we successfully exchanged the contract, we have found the staff of KFH are very helpful and professional. The sales director Stuart knows his clients well. The sales assistant manager Hannah handles viewings and pre-sale various matters in an efficient manner. We are overall very pleased with working with KFH Finchley Office.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThe sales team comprising Hannah, Rebecca and Stuart at KFH’s North Finchley branch were diligent, professional and most importantly energetic throughout the sale of our house . Communication was exceptional as they without fail provided regular detailed updates and feedback on viewings, both verbal and written. Even when viewings tapered off at one point , they doubled down on their efforts , which ultimately got the house sold at a good level. They truly earned their commission for the amount of effort they put in !PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleHad 2 very positive experiences when letting out my properties with Vishal and the team. They found me great tenants within a short space of time, and communication was very good throughout. The electronic document signing system was very handy!

GoogleAndrei was efficient, polite and very helpful! He didn’t give us a hard sell or rush us, but gave us space to look at the property in our own time. He was prompt at replying to any questions. Would recommend.

GoogleBirjoo was extremely informative in our initial meeting. He handled the whole mortgage process for us which proved to be stress free. I would highly recommend him as a broker for anyone. I will definitely be using him again in the future.

GoogleMy experience with KFH is mixed. Over the phone, each member of staff was personable, knowledgeable and helpful . However, several times they failed to either return calls or follow-through on actions, which often lead to chasing after them for things. Sometimes members of staff would say they would come back to us with a piece of information or an answer to a question, only to receive no word and then be told that person had gone on annual leave. This happened more than once. All in all it wasn't a deal-breaker, but it definitely made the process more frustrating than it needed to be at times. In summary, my experience with KFH was in-line with my experience with most letting agencies in the past. Polite & professional with a healthy pinch of inconvenience to keep things exciting!

GoogleOutstanding experience with Visar and Dillon in letting a house in late 2019. Dillon helped our family of five find a house, and when that fell through unexpectedly (through no fault of KFH), he helped us quickly find a new place that was even better, and where we've been very happy for 18 months now. Dillon showed a degree of honesty and genuine concern that really impressed me - hugely important for the stress of changing homes and moving. Highly recommend this team.

GoogleSuperb service from Natalie, Dan and the team... they clearly know their market, and achieved a fast sale at a price that not only were we happy with, but that other agents said we wouldn't achieve.
