GoogleA great overall experience, Ed and Michael (as well as others in the office) made the process very easy. Always happy to meet us and let us in to measure up etc local knowledge and advice was excellent. We purchased a 5 bed house in Belleville road.

GoogleWe loved working with Andrew at KFH during our property search. He was incredibly helpful with scheduling viewings and helping us find properties that met our criteria, and KFH is better than a lot of estate agencies as you can work with one agent to get viewings at any property listed with one of their offices, not just the one you've registered at. Everyone at KFH has been friendly and professional, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or rent.

GoogleWe dealt with both Max Turner and Lauren Wilson during the sale of our flat and we felt lucky to have them. Lauren in particular went above and beyond in ensuring the process was as quick as it could be. Everyone knows that going through from having a sale agreed to completing can be a lengthy process and ours was complicated by the fact that we were extending our lease, we had 4 solicitors involved in total. Lauren helped to manage this and kept on-top of communication to make sure we were moving in the right direction. We’d still be trying to complete now if it wasn’t for her!

GoogleIt's was our first time with KFH (after having a bad experience with another agency) agency and it was really a great experience. Lucy (KFH letting negotiator) understood exactly what we were looking for on a flat and send us some options and always able to help us with all our questions and good communication. Finally we found the place we were looking for. Lucy and the KFH team Battersea have been very professional and gentle with us. Totally recommended!

GoogleI have used KFH on Northcote Road to purchase a buy to let flat and found it a really slick and easy process. Team are very efficient, responsive and friendly. Subsequently used them to let the flat and to date they have done so three times, each time it has been seamless and quick without having any lengthy void periods. In the past have dealt mainly with Amanda Plummer in the lettings team who is a pleasure to work with.

GoogleWhat a wonderful afternoon it was! The stunning, flamboyant and eccentric Lauren wowed Terrence and I with her use of adjectives and superlatives and left us no choice but to offer a 5* rating. Terrence who is up-scaling considerably in size from his previous residence was emotional at the transition, and it was most pleasing that KFH employee (of the year I'm sure) had some spare Kleenex to support him. Bravo, and thank you... Missing our afternoon with the wonderful Elton John for this was well worth it in the end!

GoogleThe sales team at KFH Battersea have been professional and efficient from start to finish and I cannot recommend them enough. They were proactive with getting lots of viewings booked in, even during a difficult time for the market, and have been on hand during every step of the process to make things run as smoothly as possible. Both Poppy and Max, our main points of contact, have been extremely helpful throughout and their knowledge has been invaluable during the sale of our leasehold flat. Poppy’s communication between all parties involved helped move things along and nothing was ever too much trouble. I would not hesitate to recommend KFH Battersea.

GoogleWe were in an absolute rush needing to find a place within a couple of weeks within a very specific area and with very specific criteria. We contacted a million and one estate agents and Amanda really stood out from the crowd. She was calm, really helpful, understood what we were looking for to an absolute T and best of all showed us some superb properties. 100% will recommend her to friends. Plus she can be quite funny too........

GoogleNo idea why these guys are rated at 4.9 given the sheer indifference and incompetence they’ve demonstrated over the past 3 months of my tenancy. Heavily biased towards landlords and unconcerned with tenants. Be prepared to repeat yourself dozens of times to dozens of different people across this tiny office. Have a question about Property Management? Good luck with locating anyone competent enough to help. This place doesn’t deserve anywhere near a 4.9. Avoid if you can.

GoogleMy boyfriend and I had a really great experience working with Michael from KFH. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of our questions. We are new to London and are still learning the ins and outs of London real estate, so it's great to feel like agents such as Michael are here to help instead of take advantage! I would highly recommend working with this agency and particularly with Michael at the Battersea branch.

GoogleCouldn't be more disappointed. Honestly the worst lettings agency to rent with. When you have maintenance issues they take months to respond to you, and once they do respond the issues aren't sorted and it's an ongoing fight to get things fixed. They ignore emails and phone calls when you try to communicate with them.
