GoogleWe have been viewing the houses to buy with this agency and decided to proceed with an offer for one of the properties. Only when we were in a very late stage (our offer was accepted, we sorted out the mortgage and ordered a full survey) our surveyor told us that we will have a construction site for a new building right next to the house. I mean not somewhere nearby but literally the construction site starts where our property ends. Selling agent "thought it was not important to mention that as the works would be only during the working days 8.00-17.00 and Saturdays 8.00-13.00".

GoogleWe have been landlord clients of KFH Battersea for 2 years. They provide an excellent service and have always been professional and extremely helpful. Most recently, in the last few months, we have been assisted by Rumz and Carl in finding new tenants and all of the work that surrounds that. They could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable about the process. We find their quick responses to our queries particularly impressive given we all have busy lives.
