GoogleI had a very bad experience with them. They are very unprofessional and rude period ! Im already renting a house through them and whenever I call them to inform about the problems with machinery they just talk so rudely and said "how many time do we need to explain you can't you understand at once " as if I'm living there for free ! I pay rent and whenever I have problem or doubt they should address those concerns instead of being unprofessional . Worst letting company ive come across never helpful with anything they don't even know where the electric and water metres are ! Ive been asking them this since 1 year but they still haven't figured out . I would not recommend renting through them . Extremely disappointed and frustrated with all the people there, feel like leaving the house .

GoogleTerrible experience. Had booked a viewing, 30 minutes before the booking they cancelled, while I was already in a taxi on the way to their office. Spoke to Alexandra and she was rude, did not show any compassion or understanding, and abruptly shut the phone on me. Will be taking this further as it is unacceptable behaviour.

GoogleEyal Landau the owner is fraud. Even the firemen escorted him off my property when he called them saying he smelt gas! Wasting every emergency services time. He turns up at my door when I have no contract with him in GARAGES missold as flat without any building control. Dreadful, avoid. Should NOT have ombudsman status. They even suggested a fine against them but I think I’ll go legal because they are horrible people that think fraud is fun INCLUDING DOUBLE LET INHABITABLE GARAGE UNITS with no building control!!

GoogleVery poor experience and management by an estate agent. Poor communication and often quite delayed responses. Lack of assistence particularly during a police investigation. Multiple prompts but did eventually send contractors to fix issues (though not long-term fixes). Overall, would not recommend to use.

GoogleBeware of this agency. They will charge you fees but do nothing from protecting you from malicious landlord. they have no control over how the deductions are made. Whatever you do, do not rent from the landlord Richard Cohen. He is a high paid lawyer and can do whatever he likes. He refused to fix the broken shower that was there when i moved in and during almost two years, he never fixed it. I left early due to his unwillingness to invest his money into fixing what was broken with the flat when i moved in. He removed most of my deposit because i left early. The real estate agency was not able to do anything and he said that i could take him to court but that i would be wasting my time because he is a professional high paid lawyer. BEWARE OF THE DISHONEST MALICIOUS LANDLORD, RICHARD COHEN. GREEDY AND GAINS PLEASURE FROM OTHERS SUFFERING!!

GooglePerfect service. We moved from Israel lately, we met Merav, the real estate agent took the best care of us. From orientation, advising on house size and locations, explain us all realted aspects (school catchment / distance from tube etc...) and through the final stage if signing the contracts and all arrangements. Highly recommended agent from highly recommended agency!

They priced my house perfectly so that I had lots of potential buyers through it and multiple offers. Be careful hiring KINGSLEYS to sell your home… You’ll be homeless before you know it. Highly recommend them
