Gregg has been an amazing realtor. He helped me buy my first house then also sell the same house 6 years later. I received a job offer that I couldn't pass up in NYC, but had to sell my house and relocate in less than a month. From the minute I reached out to Gregg about putting my house on the market, he quickly adopted my accelerated timeline. From connecting me with contractor to do some last minute repairs, walking me through the end-to-end process and all the steps to get the house on the market, he made every effort to work with my schedule. So much so that I received a call from him that I received my first offer while I was in a cab in NY on my way to my new apartment. He continued to help me out with some unforeseen mishaps by meeting with contractors and others at my house since I was no longer in Austin. And with all his efforts and support, the final paperwork was complete a week after I moved - 3 weeks after putting it on the market. Relocating your life is stressful enough. Knowing I had an amazing realtor on my side allowed me to focus on everything else on my 'To Do' list and not worry about the details of selling my home. Gregg and his team have been wonderful and I recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I will forever be thankful for everything he has done for me.

I had one of my properties listed with another estate agents for almost 2 months. I spoke to Safeer Bashir at Keller Williams Prime, he listed my property the same week, hosted an open viewing (Pre-covid) at the weekend and then I had an offer for the asking price the following Monday.
