He was friendly, polite and informative during our flat viewings (he helpfully arranged two separate viewings to work around our schedules). GoogleI've been looking for a shop I like and want to see for a week now. The people who answer the phone say the shop is available, but when I want to see it, they say they'll call me back in five minutes and then never call. When I call back, they don't answer. I send messages, they don't reply. I send emails, they still don't reply. If you don't want to do your job, you can quit.

GoogleProfessional Service from KALMARs from start to completion. Mr Scott Bebbington acted for my company. Scott's pragmatism throughout the entire conveyancing process helped us to deal with some difficult moments. It is always nice to have a friendly voice and honest council to revert to, in testing times. GoogleI sold my flat with Kalmars and they were fantastic. We worked with Adam Rosan who was absolutely brilliant. He kept our requirements in mind at all times. We were always kept updated on progress, he worked efficiently and was always professional. What I really appreciate about Kalmars is that although they do have a sleek set up, I found them to be very honest, patient, straightforward and genuinely interested in ensuring that I got the best deal and that we were able to close out quickly but properly. They are not at all pushy like other agents can be. I cannot thank Adam and Kalmars enough for the excellent service!

GoogleI tried to contact this agency five times regarding viewing, and I send them emails to communicate with them regarding commercial unit in Clapham Junction, but I didn’t have any response when my colleague sent them an email with a European name you got respond even though he’s send an email after me this is a joke Company they filter you depend on your name after seeing the reviews it looks like they don’t care about the reputation. If I were you just avoid not professional at all

The whole process from first visit to completion was extremely efficient (about 7 weeks) and Marc was very helpful in identifying potential bottlenecks in advance to streamline everything as much as possible.
