GoogleDisappointing experience from start to finish. Unfortunately, we had a consistently poor experience with this agency. From the first viewing, I was immediately asked how high I would bid. After stating our maximum (which we could not go beyond), I was repeatedly contacted (three times) during work hours, pressuring me to raise our offer, despite my clear response each time. After our offer was accepted, only two months into living in the flat, we were informed the landlord intended to sell. The agency then frequently requested access to show the property, sometimes with very little notice. On one occasion, despite agreeing to a viewing time after work, the agent attempted to access the flat midday using keys from the concierge. Thankfully, he was stopped by the internal security latch and my boyfriend being at home. When questioned, he said he wanted to “open the windows to air out the flat”, more than four hours before the scheduled time, while we were still living there. After we moved out, we saw the flat re-listed for rent, at £200 more per month, despite being told it was being sold. Overall, the experience felt pressured, unprofessional, and intrusive.

GooglePathetic experience dealing with a sale of a property listed in Somerford way. False promises all through the process and no response despite multiple follow ups. Avoid this agency if possible. My point of contacts were Kenrick and Sushel, who kept me waiting for 5-6 months with no progression costing me a lot in legal and mortgage fees. Zero confidence in dealing with this group.
Hi Bharath, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, this sale was out of our hands, as the homeowners is dealing with the eviction of the tenants, they are council tenants and the court time frame is not something we control. we understand this is frustrating and we can only apologise but this situation is not our fault or our clients.

GoogleUnbelievably unprofessional behaviour, we’re still waiting for our deposit three months after leaving with little to no communication. Extreme time and money wasters with no regard for the tenants at all. Very surprised that the Ombudsman hadn’t shut them down.
