GoogleWorking with John Wilcox & Co to buy a new home was a refreshingly different experience to working with any other property agent. Richard and Simon are super experienced and professional: really calm, incredibly responsive, delightfully pleasant and fun to work with.
They make what can be very stressful, a positive experience and never get grumpy or irritated when faced with problems, issues or challenges on a daily basis. Instead they are continually positive, fair and have the best 'can do' attitude I've experienced for a long time in a customer facing situation. Richard was with us every step of the way, often going above and beyond what was expected in order to assist us. We are incredibly grateful for his help and would heartily recommend John Wilcox @ Co for any property matters you might need, they are truly exceptional.!

GoogleJohn Wilcox & Co were nothing if not helpful in dealing with a difficult property and problematic clients. Over the somewhat protracted process of achieving a sale, and the various hiccups along the way, John Wilcox & Co always provided a timely and personal response. Thank you.

GoogleMy brother and I are very satisfied with the service we received from Simon and Richard in selling our mother's house. Their exceptional insight into the local market enabled them to give us intelligent marketing advice in a timely way. I particularly appreciated their detailed viewing reports. The short time between offer and exchange of contracts was almost unbelievable. Their assistance with logistics throughout, but especially as we approached completion, was also much appreciated. I'm happy to recommend them without reservation.

GoogleWe appointed John Wilcox as joint selling agents for our local property, after being very impressed with the advice they gave us as to marketing. They found a serious buyer within a very short time, and then managed all issues up to exchange and then completion with both tact and determination. We have been delighted with all aspects of the firm's performance, and would not hesitate to instruct them again.

GoogleThe team at John Wilcox & Co were highly professional and pleasant to work with or the entirety of the 9 years I leased my property through them. I felt they had my best interests at heart and always provided multiple quotes for any works to ensure we were getting a good price, and were always very quick to respond to any query. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleI considered myself very lucky to have had to have had Richard King as my selling agent. He always booked viewings well in advance. He always updated me after every viewing. I trusted his advice and as a result got my property sold for a fair price. I highly recommend using John Wilcox & Co. You will be in very safe hands.
