GoogleWorst letting agency I have ever had to deal with. I have never dealt with a ruder bunch of people who couldn’t care less about how they treat tenant's. Leona especially was very difficult to deal with. I needed to leave my tenancy early as my sister became unwell and I needed to move to take care of her. I was told to find a replacement which I did. Then I was told I there would be large legal costs involved in doing a tenancy swap which is lies as this typically costs £50 in nearly anywhere else. I offered to pay these made up costs as I needed to leave then was told the only way i could leave was if the rest if my housemates signed a year extension, which made no sense since there was half a year term still left on the current. Eventually we all decided to leave as this company were so difficult to deal with. We agreed with the new tenants to leave some furniture for them and there were some bits they didn’t want in the end, the agency emailed us to get these removed which we had organised and before we had a chance to remove, they charged use £250 for their removal. Avoid these cowboys at all cost.

Flat out refused to fill out a reference for me when moving into new flat despite having rented with them for 2 years with no issues. When I rang to ask why they wouldn't complete reference Julia hung up on me mid call. Absolutely awful company and staff avoid at all costs. A shame 0 stars is not an option

GoogleThe worst estate agent in London. Watch this place as it's run by unprofessional people that rent out dumps.
Make sure you take your own photos and don't forget to open the Fridge and Oven checking for damage.
Always challenge them if they try to take any part of your bond as they will chance their arm at any opportunity.
Don't understand how businesses like this are still allowed to operate.

As to when payments must be made or to what information if given in to them or even to the properties that they manage that they can't even help to switch on heating and just tell a paying tenant to Google it without giving any information on the system to Google.

And although this likely has as much to do with our landlord than with the agency itself, they displayed a great deal of common sense in helping with repairs, handling the check-out process, and reimbursing our deposit.
