GoogleI had a very disappointing experience with Jeffersons Estate Agents. We made a reasonable offer on a flat we really wanted, and Debbie ( who called me an as**** over the phone) initially told us they accepted it for a flat we really wanted. However, she later presented a completely different offer, which was not what we agreed upon. When I called to express my frustration, I was shockingly called an "as****" over the phone. The complete lack of professionalism and manners from Debbie was appalling. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid dealing with this company due to their terrible customer service.

YellBeware of this estate agent
Beware of this estate agent. They are the most disorganised people I have ever met. The property which we stayed in was coated on dust upon arrival and not cleaned. After our 2 year tenancy ended they withheld our deposit asking for us to pay for cleaning after we left the property in a cleaner state than we found it in. Plus after two years they asked us to pay them for a lightbulb (£5), quite an expensive lightbulb in my opinion. These are just examples of the shady practices which they use.
