We rented a flat listed by Jean Oddy and the experience was exceptional. The agent Josh Fagin was incredibly helpful and lovely to work with, from the first time we met at the viewing throughout our three-year tenure living in the flat. In addition to having all the qualities we wanted in an estate agent, including being knowledgeable, reliable, prompt, and courteous, Josh was extraordinary in his immense kindness, thoughtfulness and consideration. We felt very comfortable and at home in our flat in large part due to the support we received from Josh. He also went above and beyond to accommodate some OCD sensitivities we had, for which we are truly grateful. We highly recommend this agency and Josh especially!
