GoogleBe ware of this place, I cancelled my contracts with them and they kept charging me anyway. I used their services for virtual office and mail handling for my company and when I cancelled after some time, they kept ignoring my cancellation email and extending invoices. They have handled one mail for me and I paid upwards of 1000 pounds of invoices for nothing. Be very vigilant with their invoices and what you sign on as it keeps changing.

GoogleMy engagement with this company has been deeply unsatisfactory. The core issue stems from missold services where funds were taken, yet follow-through was non-existent. I initiated multiple requests for a refund and sent several follow-up emails, but received zero acknowledgment in return. This persistent, absolute silence on an important financial matter is simply unacceptable for any professional business operation. For those seeking reliable customer support, timely communication, or even just a basic courtesy of a reply, I must caution that this is not the partner to choose. My direct experience demonstrates that a company incapable of responding to its customers cannot be relied upon when critical issues inevitably occur. I strongly recommend prospective clients reconsider using their services.

GoogleTried repeatedly to cancel the service. Customer services shocking. I had no choice but to cancel the direct debit as I believe this is fraudulent activity at this point. Few months later, I now have debt collectors demanding payment. What an absolute joke this company is. I would advise anyone to stay well clear.
