I highly recommend INHOUS! Once again, Angus and Carmel provided excellent service. After having helped me find a rental flat two years ago, Angus was invaluable in helping me buy my dream flat in record time. Carmel’s assistance is always spot-on. Angus showed me a number of flats until I found the one that ticked all the boxes for me. He liaised with all those involved to guide me through a detailed process that I would have been hard-pressed to navigate on my own. Angus and Carmel recommended a lawyer, a surveyor, a mover and even a contractor to put up a safety railing in the patio. I was very pleased with all of the services provided by those recommended. Not only highly professional and knowledgeable, Angus and Carmel are fun and friendly too!

In Hous dealt with the managing of my house sale. I had the house in the market for 18 months and it wasn’t getting many viewings. I signed up with In Hous, Angus took the reigns and we had agents and buyers coming out of everywhere, the house sold very quickly and everything was managed by Angus. We got a lovely celebratory hamper when sold and a bottle of bubbly at Christmas. Win Win. Would I use them again ? WITHOUT A DOUBT It’s a no brainier it makes moving house almost a pleasure. I had a great experience working with InHous, particularly with Rose from the Fulham office. Prior to giving them the mandate, they provided me with several case scenarios of how they work which gave me a lot of confidence. My house was not a typical Fulham property, so it would require a good database of clients and agents and a more targeted approach. Rose was very professional (and fun to be around), she executed the plan and got my house sold fairly swiftly. I was very pleased with the calibre of visitors she brought by to view my house and disruptions to our daily lives was minimal. I would highly recommend both Rose and David.

Absolute perfection from start to finish! We asked Inhous to advise us on the sale of our family home in London. After our initial meeting with David and Rose we felt that they would offer us a good service. However, we weren't prepared for just how outstanding that service turned out to be. They did everything we needed and more and in doing so made the process of selling our home as stress free as possible. The whole team at Inhous were responsive, supportive and friendly. Our house sold off market quickly and with minimal disruption to our lives. We cannot thank the Inhous team enough for their diligence and professionalism. I recently completed on my “dream home” in London. I could not have done this without the assistance of Angus and Carmel at InHous. I was buying whilst living abroad so had limited time in London to view properties. Angus and Carmel booked all the viewings and Angus came with me to view each one giving his honest and experienced feedback on price and location. The house I ended up with came on the market Tuesday evening and they were able to get me a viewing the following morning knowing that it was perfect for what I wanted. Angus helped me through the bidding process and by Friday I had my dream home. They then stayed with me to assist me right through to completion. I could not recommend InHous more highly for anyone wanting a focused and dedicated team to help find the property for you!

I came across INHOUS two years ago when I was banging my head against a wall trying to rent my property through a local agent as I was overseas!! David took all the pressure away and had it rented within two weeks with indefatigable effort with several agents, sorting out the lease, coordinating all the loose ends and bringing it to closure. When I decided to sell my house at the beginning of this year, David & Carmel took it upon themselves to know everything about my property and share their in-depth knowledge of the property market and agents. They thoroughly worked out which estate agents would be most appropriate for my property in my area. They worked extremely hard from the conception of thinking about selling the property, liaising diplomatically between the tenants, the rental agent and the selling agents. They organised everything from the dross of where the key was to the photo shoots and marketing the property to the appropriate estate agents and even to finding a solicitor who i would be able to work with at the end of the day. i felt I was well looked after particularly when faced with potentially difficult buyers, he never gave up on the project and guided the sale over the line with gentle patience and humour. I felt that he made sure that I got a good deal in a precarious market and made the whole process a joy to be a part of from afar with regular in-depth feedback. At every point of this process i felt in control and he enabled me to make good decisions through the professionalism and expert knowledge of all at INHOUS.
