I would not recommend anyone to use their property management service. They are not responsive at all. They can't give you peace-of-mind. I have to keep asking for updates/ feedbacks on outstanding stuff. Most of the time, I did the stuff myself then asked them to update the tenant about it. It looks like I'm working for them although I paid them...I just wish they would improve and take more initiative...

110% recommend. I wasn't physically in the UK while I was house hunting, I got introduced to Jack who was super helpful and professional. He gave me a call during mid-night his time because of the time-zone difference, to understand my needs. Then he even arranged a Facetime tour to the site for me to see it. After reservation his job should be done, then I had a chance to visit the location. Jack helped to arrange an in-person tour to the site, there I met his colleague Hilda who was friendly and patience to all the questions I had. Then it came to completion of the property, Jack shown up at the location to make sure I understood everything the builder has told me, it was so important because your mind can drift away when you first see your house! Some say it's a nightmare to purchase a property remotely, but my experience was a wonderful one because of Jack and Hilda. I truly thank them for everything they've done.
