GoogleAmy is wonderful to work with. The renting process in London has usually been quite painful, so it was extremely refreshing to work with such a down-to-earth agent with a honest and realistic approach. I truly appreciate her work as a mediator when conversations became difficult.

GoogleI was looking for apartment. I was in desperate position, as finding a property in London is a disaster. Thanks God, Amy helped me a lot. And she promised me I could move to the apartment 1st of September. However, there were some documentation problem by landlord, Amy solved it quickly and me and my friends moved to the apartment on the promised date. Whenever we had questions about apartment, she responded very quickly. There were some needs of us about apartment which landlord promised but didn't do it. We asked Amy about this situation, and she pushed the landlord to provide us with our needs. When I come back to the UK, I will definitely work with Amy again.

GoogleAfter years of struggling at the hands of rogue landlords and dodgy letting agents - finding Amy Dang of Remax was a GODSEND. She's the most efficient, helpful, genuinely kind and caring agent I've ever had the pleasure of renting a flat through! Any issue I've ever had - she's resolved it that very same day and done it without a fuss. I'm just about to renew my lease on my flat for a third year running and I genuinely never want to leave. Amy has restored my faith in letting agents and I still find it hard to believe someone could be so dedicated and helpful - no matter what time of day. I really cannot sing her praises enough. She's trustworthy, lovely and just genuinely brilliant!

I believe this is due to her vast years of experience and knowledge within the housing industry. She once went above and beyond to resolve an unexpected issue that arose during my tenancy. GoogleThe manager Amy Dang was so helpful when our electricity went out. She was relentless getting an electrician out in the middle of the night, and she completely over-saw making sure it got fixed, rather than pass it off to someone else. She went about 10 extra miles for us, let alone one, and it's not the first time she has stayed late to help us out. It's changed my opinion of estate agents that's for sure.
It feels good that people appreciate my time, this is what motivates me to do more! Thanks Miss Jones x

GoogleRemax vision is the worst agency I have ever had to deal with. Amy was one of the most childish agent I have ever had the unfortunate to deal with. The overall attitude was generally in disbelief that anything was asked of her and I was often met with resistance. At the end of such a horrible and painful experience I have yet to receive my deposit of almost two grand. After a whole month of consistently asking her when it will be received she even contrived the story that the landlord is not responding to her when there were no issues contacting him throughout my leasing period(what a coincidence…) I would strongly advise anyone not to seek any property for rental or purchase though her as she will have you in regret. In response to the landlord, Nitin Permer’s review , Nitin Parmer and Amy Dang also seem to not have had an adequate line of communication as she herself also expressed her issues in communicating with him, stating that he has caused her ‘a lot of problems this is why we are refusing to work with him again’, after she had made several attempts to contact him over the course of a whole month with no response, which is the cause of the delay of our deposit, not any inspection he was carrying out. The landlords response to my fellow tenants and I’s reviews therefore appears to simply be a matter of teaming up against us and holds no weight nor validity and is a conflict of interest. He was simply present for any replacement of the appliances he had to replace as even the engineers for the freezer had no idea why it was freezing over. I can also say that the landlord’s response is motivated by the significant age difference between us and them, something which was a consistent and non questionable pattern throughout the tenancy, ignoring the fact that we are simple students who are in need of our deposit as we on our end are being asked for rent and with late fees piling up. Nitin Parmer also mentioned the fact that the contract was extended for another year, something which he did not want to do, yet he proceeded to send us the contract which was initially for three months until we could find something. With the issues surrounding COVID-19 however, we were forced to stay. The apartment was left clean once we left and we still decided to pay for a cleaning service to come and clean it. Nitin Parmer stated that if it wasn’t for Amy, the apartment would have been left in a poor condition, meaning it was returned to them in a good condition something which was no thanks to Amy as we who occupied the apartment returned it to them in a near condition. Amy herself stated that the only flaw was a small patch on the wall which needed painting over. For anyone young person considering renting from Remax Vision ran by Amy Dang or seeking any property belonging to Nitin Parmer, run.

GoogleIt was quite the journey for me, trying to rent in London on quite a tight time crunch. Amy was very patient, understanding and helpful the whole time. She really went out of her way to help. Definitely recommend! Amy is a star!!

GoogleAbsolute waste of time, got invited to a viewing for a rental and I showed up on time, the agent was arguing with the tenant who locked the flat and diddnt allow the viewing. I wasted time and money getting to this viewing...Did not feel like a real agency at all. Would not recommend.
