GoogleWe have been private tenants under Hudsons management for over 3 years and while we've seen service levels go up and down depending on management, the last year has seen a real turnaround where the service has never been less than impeccable. We have continually had problems with our flat (not to the fault of Hudsons) and Hannah, the property manager has always been extremely reactive and helpful with every issue, every step of the way. Truly the way a letting agent should act, Hudsons is professional, responsive and treats us as people, not just tenants. (Regardless of where we fit on the rent ladder!)
