GoogleI had a fantastic experience renting a property through House Collective. Ben and his team were incredibly helpful, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Since moving in, they’ve also managed the property and have been very supportive and efficient, always responsive, friendly, and quick to sort out any issues that come up. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent or work with an agency.

FacebookBuying your forever home doesn’t always go smoothly. After a tricky negotiation and losing the property several times for various reasons, I was emotionally drained and completely fatigued by the whole experience. Ben and Jonathan went above and beyond to ensure that we got the property, dedicating so much time to us and never giving up on what seemed like a dead purchase. I honestly do not know any other agents who fight tooth and nail for their clients in much the same way as if they were emotionally invested and it was their own property they were transacting on.You will not go wrong buying or selling through The House Collective - if you want a highly personalised experience where not only do you leave with your sale/purchase but also your sanity, I highly recommend these guys.

From my initial meeting with Jonathan to then meeting the team and then the task of selling our home ,I found the whole process the most professional and courteous experience to date and more importantly our house sale went through like a breeze -Jerome was there throughout and handled any tasks with ease, for that we are very grateful. GoogleCouldn't recommend these guys more after some very rough experiences with other agencies. Will Vaughan was my agent, I had a couple issues on my side that he was extremely accommodating and understanding about. He was an incredible agent and it was a 10/10 experience overall which was a very refreshing change.

Excellent communication throughout my conveyance and every bit of additional help possible to get the deal done. I would highly recommend their personal service over any of the larger corporate agents.
