GoogleHomeview and their landlord made mine and my family’s lives hell for 2 years before giving us a sudden section 21. We paid rent on time every month before that. The most dishonest, greedy and selfish people I’ve had the misfortune to meet. They are also extremely racist and once their agent told us that the landlords are fearful of Asians growing weed in their homes - and for this reason they demanded photos of our home every 6 months and continuously threatened us with eviction if we didn’t listen. The same agent also once told us “there is no morality in business” and that’s the motto they run their agency with. My family believe they influenced bad relations between us and the landlords but I guess birds of a feather flock together as well. I’m just trying to warn others, especially POC. Avoid them at all costs.

I am sorry that you feel this way and that you have felt the need to leave a review. I would like to clarify a few inaccuracies in your review:
Before you took possession you were advised the owners lived overseas.
We made an appointment with your parents to inspect the property on behalf of the Landlord and as is standard practice we took photos to show the Landlord how their property is being maintained.
You were served with a section 13 notice to increase the rent to market level which you disputed. The owner then decided to proceed with the section 21 notice which they were legally entitled to.
Furthermore, to use words like ‘POC’ and ‘race’ is simply ridiculous and defamatory. I would be happy to discuss and look at any issues that you might have directly - my email is maria@homeviewestates.co.uk

GoogleThis was my first experience renting a property and I’m glad it was with Homeview Estates.
The team behind the company are nothing but lovely! They were happy to fix any and all faults in the flat that were raised to them - from painting walls, to fixing the boiler or replacing the shower head. I never felt that I had to justify why something needed fixing which I appreciated a lot (especially after hearing about some stories from different estate agents).
While I felt very reassured throughout my time renting with them, I do wish the communication was slightly better as at times I felt that I needed to chase them to get the information needed.
Aside from this, I would say overall that I’d highly recommend this estate agents to my friends and family.

GoogleI've lived in an apartment managed by this agency for 2.5 years. Zoe was very nice to us and tried to help us as much as she could whenever we went to see her. My rating is mostly influenced by the fact that Homeview let our apartment before our contract ended and they didn't tell us until one day before the new tenants moved in. I'd say the agency itself is probably average at best, though the people are quite nice.

GoogleZoe and Jim and everybody else at Homeview Estates were extremely kind, honest and helpful throughout our three-year stay in one of their studio flats on Fordwych Road. Whenever we needed something it was done immediately, always on the day it was mentioned. The equipment in the flat was new and fully functional. The building was well-maintained, always clean, and always quiet. Such a positive experience when renting a flat in London is a rare and much-appreciated thing.

GoogleI moved here in July and have to say the development is outstanding. The Gessner have truly considered every amenity you could need from communal working areas, meeting rooms, dining rooms, a modern gym and a fabulous roof terrace with sun loungers and BBQ's that covers in winter and has outdoor heating! In addition to how immaculate the design is inside the apartments the service you receive from the building management is fantastic, there's nothing that is too much trouble and the staff are always helpful and polite. I'd recommend this as a fabulous place to rent or buy and the vibe is chilled but community focused where the neighbours are all super friendly.
Literally nothing at all to fault about this development.

GoogleI lived in a house managed by these guys for nearly 5 years and could not recommend them enough. Any time the hot water went they were round within 3 hours to fix it. When an aplliance went wrong they sent someone to fix it or replaced it. One time I forgot my keys at work on a Saturday at 8pm and they had someone round within the hour to let me back in. When repairs needed to be done they did them within a week.
Zoe and Jim are part of a small outfit of honest people doing their jobs well and it was a pleasure to rent a property managed by them. Would definitely recommend them to tenants and landlords alike.

They completely took the stress out of letting for me. Having used other agents in the past I can safely say their level of service is a cut above the rest.
For the sale we went from initial instruction to completion within 4 months in a difficult market at a very good level.
