GoogleI’ve had such a great experience as a tenant. From the start, communication has been super easy, they’re always quick to reply, friendly, and really easy to talk to. Anytime I’ve needed something or had a question, they’ve been helpful and made sure things were sorted quickly. It’s clear they genuinely care about making things run smoothly for both the tenant and the landlord, and that’s made me feel really supported throughout my time here. I’d recommend!

GoogleAs a new landlord I was impressed that they published a lot of the information I needed on their website (with links to more information), rather than (all the competitors) requiring me to phone them in the first instance. This way I knew when I spoke with them (I'd already done my reading) they weren't just spinning me a yarn/taking advantage of me being naive. They have been transparent and efficient throughout the process and managed the challenges of COVID-19 in a supportive and friendly manor. Making sure that both myself as a landlord and my tenant were as happy and comfortable with everything that was going on.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleFrom first arranging the viewing with us warren was a stand out amongst London agents. He was prompt arriving at the property and was very open with us about the flat itself, previous tenants, and the next steps of our process. He was very accommodating, encouraging us to take our time and make sure the whole flat was up to our standards. He was knowledgeable about the surrounding area and gave us information on the community/lifestyle. He is very polite and easy to communicate with! We felt our time was honoured, and no pressure to make our decision right away (even though we loved it and made an offer fairly immediately.) They’ve been more than accommodating especially it being the holidays!! Great experience
