GoogleJackie and Marie were brilliant from the beginning. Very helpful and knowledgeable during the viewing and remained patient whilst I was dealing with the solicitors as a first time buyer. They always responded quickly and was a pleasure to work with. I received my house keys last month and couldn't be happier with the house and area.

GoogleFrom the initial contact everyone was really friendly, called back when they had promised, booked a viewing without setting up an account or sending tons of property emails that do not meet our search criteria. The viewing was at the time agreed and I felt it was very respectful to the tenant to have a group viewing on one day. Property had multiple offers and the bidding process was clear and fair. A very positive experience!

GoogleReally good agency, speedy reply every time and very helpful with every aspect of the purchase. Even after the purchase when we had questions about house insurance. I have been on house searching for almost two years and have found my dream home with them, very very pleased with the purchase and their service. Compared with other agencies they are more honest, sincere and warm, which I haven’t felt anywhere else. Felt lucky to live local to them now - it is not common to find an agency with professionalism and sincerity in one place!

Unlike other estate agents, Harrison Ingram consists of estate agents who have been there for long, know the business, are sure to offer you the best service at the fairest price, and are personally available to answer any queries. A breathe of fresh air when you don’t know who might answer your call when calling most other estate agents! Or if the person you’re dealing with will be there the next day. Excellent service from absolutely lovely people who have the client’s interest at the heart of their business. Can’t praise them quite enough!

Whatever the issue, they were quick to respond and solve it, greatly reducing any worries or stress. In addition, this last year they helped me with purchasing my flat, offering invaluable advice throughout the process. GoogleHarrison Ingram handled the sale of our property in Eltham which completed in May 2023. We found them to be very proactive in seeking potential purchasers and they carried out accompanied viewings on our behalf. They were quick to give us feedback, both oral and by email, following each viewing and were very realistic about the perceived intentions of the viewers. They provided valuable strategic and tactical advice during the sale period which we were happy to accept The purchase of our new home hit a few bumps in the road to completion. I have to report that both ladies were again, very proactive in trying to move things along going far exceeding my expectations. I believe without their input, the final outcome might have been much less satisfactory. In conclusion, many thanks to both Jackie and Marie who provided a level of service not often encountered nowadays. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them both and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them wholeheartedly.

They are professionals and their communication level is on a completely different level. Every time I had an issue and I was emailing them I had respond same day and within a few days the issue was resolved. I never had a problem or issue ever with them. I highly recomment them.
