We have had a very good experience with Hamptons and our property manager Jocelyn. She has been very proactive in dealing with any issues as they have arisen and arranging for quotes and repairs quickly and efficiently while keeping us informed of progress along the way.

Really don't recommend, bad for tenants and landlords.The Fee so high like London eye. if you can go away from this agency. Not interested in you at all only in your money.

Customer service is very important to us and we are therefore disappointed to receive your review. Hamptons International always look to be fair with regards to termination fees and whilst we appreciate your feedback with regards to these, we do always work hard to ensure the best outcome for both Tenants and Landlords. We can see that following your request for an early release from your tenancy, the team facilitated an agreement between yourself and the Landlord with regards to the deposit to avoid you having to pay the usual costs. We do hope that despite this review, you were pleased that you were able to leave early with the minimum costs incurred and wish you the very best with any future tenancies.

We were repeatedly promised things by the agent but as soon as we moved in (after first stressing us someone else was interested in the property) he pretended like what he has said never happened. Check the inventory report thuroughly as well as they had left things out. They use all the games in the book and make sure you get everything you are discussing in writing!

We have been letting our property through Hamptons in Stratford Upon Avon for 19 months. We recently had new tenant and the change over was only 4 days. We needed essential works completed before new tenant arrived. We was on holiday and Olivia (Lettings Negotiator) was amazing supplying and coordinating contractors to complete the works within 48 hrs! Amazing service.
