GoogleRichard Mackarel at Hamptons found our tenants at Montpelier Square. He went above and beyond his duties, even helping me find furniture at short notice in time for the rental! We used his quick and quality recommendations, thanks to him the property was ready in time for the tenants. He catches up with me once a week without fail to keep me updated. Always a pleasure a speak to, very personable and friendly! I look forward to his calls. Great service!

GoogleI recently sold my London flat through Hamptons, Knightsbridge dealing with Adrian and Geoff. Being a basement flat it was not an easy sale but Hamptons could not have been more helpful. They took the time to fully understand the property both from a buyer and seller perspective. I was kept fully updated on a regular basis even when there was no feedback to report they still gave me a call. Once a sale had been agreed Hamptons were invaluable in assisting with legal queries and liaising with the buyer. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again both as a seller or a buyer.

Google1/ The original written estimate valuing my house for sale was succinct and seemed well founded. Until I confirmed that I was interested in selling I was not overly pursued by letter or email to persuade me to make up my mind. 2/When I dropped into the agency (unannounced) to discuss the current house sale procedure in the UK - of which I was pretty ignorant - I was greeted courteously, given all the time necessary to reassure me 3/The technical details - photography, measurement, standard legal forms, EPC certificate - were all handled competently and painlessly for me. 4/This friendly service continued post exchange of contracts - most important for a seller not resident in the UK 5/From my experience I can really recommend Hamptons, especially for people not ordinarily resident in the UK

GoogleI had a property to 'let' in South Kensington and Hamptons were one of three agents I approached to market and 'Let' the property. I have to to say their 'letting Dept' proved quite the best, the other 2 were good but Hamptons marketing was the best. The photography was brilliant, and they always kept in touch. I had full reports after every visit and they were always available even out of hours guiding me through the process. Once a tenant was found they nursed the deal through. Aaron particulaly went the extra mile with advice and problem solving but the whole team were highly professional with a good sence of humour! Very important in this business. GoogleHamptons offered me and my family an excellent service last couple of weeks. Jenna’s professionalism and ability to deal with customers exceeded my expectations. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. She is one of the very few real estate professionals who are ‘truly’ customer-focus. She listens exceptionally well to the drivers, needs and wants of the customers and tailor a value proposition based on that. She is not a customer-driver, but a customer-driven!

GoogleI have just completed a sale with Hamptons. As expected, they diligently followed the sale process through to completion. But what set them apart was their skill in pricing the property carefully to generate a realistic level of interest and then lining up a stream of potential buyers. That resulted in multiple offers and a sale that left all parties happy with the outcome. It has been a pleasure to collaborate with Hamptons.

GoogleI had been looking for a flat to rent for some time and had been shown the opposite of what I had asked for at much higher rents than I had discussed by some other agents in the area - a waste of valuable time. Hamptons however found me THE perfect pad, am really delighted!! They were efficient and lovely to deal with, big thanks!

GoogleMy experience with Hamptons was excellent. I found the Hamptons team were very supportive and enthusiastic. They kept me informed of all proceedings. They were very hard working and made sure the sale went through by ringing both parties' solicitors regularly. They were always courteous and charming to deal with and proved very reliable.

GoogleI have been renting a property out through Hamptons Knightsbridge for many years and they have always found me honest, reliable tenants very quickly. The current team James, Jemma, Jordan and Sophie exceeded themselves and managed to find the latest tenant and complete all the paperwork in two days. Excellent team, highly recommended.

Google‘I have recently made a move to London, Hamptons went out their way to make sure things ran very smoothly and found us our perfect home. It was the first time we had rented and we had absolutely nothing to complain about. They took the worrying away from us during our move.
