GoogleI left with mixed feelings about staying at 35 Nottingham Place, Flat 3B. I would suggest people to consider the following: The letting agent Anna is great to work with, quick to communicate and easy to get hold of.
This flat has outside access (great for privacy), but is still on the lower ground floor, so gets very little sun and delivery companies cannot find it, as it’s not listed along with all the flats in the building when you use the postal code for this address.
The flat door, is 1 meter away from the rubbish room, and EXTEMELY noisy, even at 3am because people need to come down the stairs and right to your door to throw away their rubbish, it’s non-stop, constant, every day.
The neighbours in the apartment above are very loud and come home drunk in the early morning hours which is troublesome. The acoustics in the building itself is not great, you can hear everything that people do, so there is lots of ongoing noise.
The apartment itself is in great condition and centrally located to Marylebone High Street, everything you need is right there!

Street and nottingham place building over a 3 year period , very good experience, properties have been furnished and decorated to a very high standard,great location quiet street, amazon and deliveries can be left in lobby and cctv everywhere so very safe, any issues they are super quick with response and have on hand 24/7 maintenance professional if there are any issue should arrise. Will be back in the future and reccomend

GoogleIt has been a pleasure renting with Hampstead Apartments. The apartment was
lovely and the area is really nice. There are lots of different little shops
and restaurants and the fact that Hampstead/ Hampstead Heath is within
walking distance is another huge plus. Also, you can easily travel across
the city. The whole process of renting went very smoothly. The team is super
attentive and will always get back to you within a couple of hours if you
have any questions. I can highly recommend renting a property with Hampstead
Apartments as I would always do it again.

GoogleI stayed here in early 2018 for a couple of months in a studio apartment while waiting for a family move, and would have been happy to stay longer, if not permanently. The apartment is very convenient to both Baker Street and Marylebone stations, so basically everything/everywhere in London. The apartment was incredibly well designed and thoughtful--combo oven microwave, under counter fridge/freezer, rain shower, big windows to let in light, etc. The staff were very helpful and responsive to requests. Despite being in close proximity to the other apartments, the apartment was very quiet and other guests were pleasant and considerate. I'd highly recommend!
