We were recently letting out our 3 bedroom family home in Raynes Park as we're moving out of the area and I felt compelled to share our experience. We invited several local agents (and online agents) to give us a valuation. The price difference was quite staggering but Neil Wilson at Haart really stood out for us. He was genuine, passionate and really undersood what we were looking for. He gave us a fair valuation and has delivered on his promises. We were thrilled to hear he had found us a young family for the house who offered the asking price. GoogleI first contacted haart estate agents in Raynes Park to view a property. I’m not one for giving online feedback, and I normally wouldn’t bother. However, in this instance I feel it necessary! My wife and I were immediately bowled over by the professionalism of their approach to (let’s be honest) trying to sell me something. I have since sold my house through haart and purchased another house with their guidance. I’m not actually going to say much more here. But praise where it’s due. GoogleWe bought through Haart in Raynes Park and they are the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. when calling to arrange viewings they were very un-helpful, we had no communication from them at all through the buying process. The person we bought from left the company and no one informed us of this. I would never recommend them!

Dear Georgina, Thank you for your feedback. You are correct that the person who you viewed the house with left the company, however we did maintain and log constant contact with you. Your offer was accepted on 19t July, we then spoke on 8th, 9th, 15th, 18th, 21th of August and 8th September. Not to mention meeting yourself and various builders at the property during the sale until your exchange on 14th September. I have to say, I feel your negative feedback is most unjust and cant help thinking it has more to do with the fact you actually work for KFH estate agents in Raynes Park.
