GoogleI’ve used haart before and I must say I was abit let down however the new team I spoke to in southfields are amazing, chap named zed spoke to me and in minutes I agreed to give my portfolio of properties to him. He knew the market, he knew exactly what I should be achieving and he even gave me a bit of knowledge about the property market that I wasn’t aware of. I highly recommend zed and his team to any landlords looking for a sharp agent

GoogleThe change of tenancy process can be quite exhaustive however Martina was very helpful. She ensured that we fully understood the process and was very patient. We are grateful for her assistance and pleased that the process has now been completed!

GoogleThe letting agency is a really good agency where the agent that was assigned to me was really kind and helpful. She was also able to give some help in determining which property suits my lifestyle and showed any transportation available around the area for to to be able to go to work. Definitely recommend

GoogleDisgusting, abysmal service ! I spoke with Mohammed 2x, we agreed to meet 2x, noone ever turned up! Second time he sent a message saying "running late", still didn`t turn up at the end! these people have you waiting in the cold, no communication whatsoever. Avoid, go to another agent.
Having searched our systems we cannot find that we have had any dealing with you as either a Tenant, a Landlord or indeed having viewed any properties that we have advertised. Furthermore we haven't been taken to court by any of our landlords. GoogleSaw one of their properties on Zoopla, sent e-mail and asked if it's still available or not and they said it's available but before give you more detail I have to take your details 5 minutes. I gave my all details they asked for and then she said the property that you interested in is not available but we have similar properties blabla. I don't want similar properties lady I asked specially for that one. 6 months passed still calling and checking are you interested, no.

GoogleI was a tenant of Haart for 4 years. Terrible service, appalling quality of repairs, slow to respond to complaints, if they respond at all. As a home owner I would be concerned to let this agency manage my property as they have some of the worst contractors I have come across. They even knew a smoke detector was a legal requirement in the property and not only did they not rectify it, they lied and said it was not a legal requirement.
