GoogleDid not tell me that a place I was moving in to was for sale, they was not bothered to even change a light bulb at a request. I ended up homeless which when they decided to end my contract early, when the place was sold. Only for them to put my room back on the market when I left at a higher rate, they threatened myself with cleaning fee's but the others that stayed got £5000 to move out.

GoogleTerrible. The most despicable people you will ever come across.I would give 0 stars if that were possible. Within a few days of moving in, the boiler broke down.It took them TWO WEEKS to sort the issue meanwhile we had no hot water and this was in November.Any repairs are done when and if they feel like. They tried to scam me out of my deposit when I finally terminated my contract after several years. I filed a dispute against them and got my money back!! Avoid! I'm glad I've moved and have never been happier.
