We have been renting from Great Newport Lettings for almost 2 months now and our experience has been brilliant. Any issues Bhavin has been so responsive and helpful, getting them seen to as quickly as possible. Would recommend, we love our new place! Thank you ** Updating as we’ve just left after over 2 and a half years renting with Great Newport. After all my experiences renting in London, this has by far been the most successful and enjoyable tenancy I’ve had. The communication is great, any issues are resolved quickly and easily, the property managers are friendly, the flat is well looked after and renovated for our arrival. Bhavin in particular is easy to get hold of and extremely fair and would go above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and everything was good with the flat. We couldn’t recommend them enough and are really grateful for how accommodating they have been with us over the last few years. Thank you very much to Bhavin, Naynesh and everyone at Great Newport.

BEWARE: 81 A Birchanger Road, DO NOT LET NOR BUY If you see a beige colour van regularly parked outside the property, this belongs to neighbours who have been living there for several years. The landlord is aware of the ongoing issues but has not taken effective action to resolve them. If you decide to rent or buy here, be prepared to experience ongoing antisocial behaviour from neighbours living in the same property. Issues experienced during our tenancy included: • Regular fly tipping in front of the property and in the back garden • Frequent late-night noise and weekly parties • Heavy drinking and smoking, with smoke entering the upstairs apartment • The shared main entrance repeatedly blocked • Constant disruption and disregard for other residents This situation resulted in many sleepless nights, ongoing stress, and repeated conflicts, making my family feel unsafe and uncomfortable in our own home. These concerns were reported multiple times to the agency and the landlord. While they were responsive in communication and stated they spoke to the neighbours, the behaviour never improved and no effective enforcement was carried out. Anyone considering renting or buying at 81 A Birchanger Road should be fully aware of these ongoing issues before making a decision.

We’re coming towards the end of our contract at our house and we sadly need to move out as it is being refurbished. Bhavin from Great Newport has been great with communication and open about the refurbishment before we even signed our contract. He was very helpful in trying to help us find somewhere else to live and sorting out any issues in our current house. When our fridge broke, we had a temporary fridge delivered the same day. Extremely unprofessional agents. Went for a viewing and made me wait outside for 20 minutes saying the current tenant is showing others and to wait. Then suddenly texts me saying the tenant left the building at 1:30 pm. Whats funny is, I’ve been standing outside the entry since 1:15 pm and did not see a single person leave. The agent Naynesh stopped responding to my texts and calls and finally switched off his phone
