We would like to sincerely thank Migel for all the support he provided throughout our home search and moving process. From start to finish, he was professional, approachable, and incredibly helpful. He always made himself available to answer our calls and provide updates, which gave us real peace of mind during what can often be a stressful time. No matter how small the question, he was patient, responsive, and proactive in keeping us informed at every stage. Thanks to his dedication and efficiency, we were able to secure a place we’re truly happy with, and the entire moving process felt smooth and well organised. His clear communication, reliability, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. We’re genuinely grateful for all his support and would highly recommend Migel to anyone looking for a trustworthy and supportive agent.

Everyone’s says the experience of buying and or selling a home is awful in one way or another. However that wasn’t our experience at all. The instant I met Jay, I knew that he was the agent to sell our home, even tho he was based on the other side of London. He has the most positive but realistic energy and clear knowledge of his craft, he took the time to really understand the property and how to market it correctly. Our time was valued and we felt very looked after. We had no time wasters and in almost no time at all, not just any buyer but the perfect buyer was found. This made the whole process completely stress free and we felt 100% safe knowing it was in the right hands especially when emotions got high. We honestly can’t thank Jay enough for making this, dare I say quite an enjoyable process. There isn’t another agent out there I’d recommend as much, or even think of using in the future. In the words of our 5 yr old son… Jay is a great human and a total master of selling houses. Obi & Lara Chambers

Many thanks to Mikhail and the whole team for helping us resolve issues with the apartment. Finding an apartment in London is not so easy, but thanks to them we managed to do it without unnecessary nerves. They helped with all the additional questions and saved us a lot of time. I highly recommend Gravity Estates.

I have dealt with 6 agencies in the north west London area last 10 months, to sell our property and found out finally Gravity is the agency you can trust fully and can be sure of the honest valuation of your property. Particularly Jay is so wonderful to work with, very professional and cordial, always responsive right away to our queries with good advices and informing reality of the market and situation. Many agents will value your property higher and try to get ahead of the competition. Don't let them waste your time.

I lived here long enough to truly feel at home and to genuinely appreciate everything this place has to offer. It has always been a reliable and comforting space where I could find peace and quiet after a long day at work. The property management has been incredibly helpful, always willing to listen and supportive when it comes to resolving any issues. I’m also very grateful for the many shops nearby, which made everyday life easier and more convenient. I can honestly say this has been a wonderful place to live and one I deeply appreciate.

I'm very impressed with the real estate agency. Thank you so much. We did a fantastic job for me yesterday. I moved into my new home on Christmas Eve. The service was excellent: everything was very professional and fast. I signed the contract in the morning, I received the keys and moved into the house. I'm very grateful to Michael ( Director of the real estate agency) and the team. Merry Christmas✨✨🎄🌟 Happy Winter Holidays🎉

Selling your home is a nightmare , if you don't find the right agent. We initially called and spoke to Jay regarding a property we saw on their website. During our conversation, Jay asked all the right questions. He asked to come round and see our home we were selling with another agent, which was t be honest rubbish. We were not having much success so we agreed for Jay to come over and check out our home and see what he could come up with. As soon as we meet him in person, my husband and I were both convinced he was the right person to sell our home. I think the enthusiasm he showed and what did it was he feel in love with our fire place. Every time he came round we put the fire place on for him. Well since the first time we meet Jay we knew he would deliver for us. And yes he did. We have sold our house since and completed last week Friday. We are now ready to start our new life abroad. Thank you Jay for a calm and peaceful journey selling our home. We wish you all the best in the future with your new family member on the way. Thank you once again. Whoever goes with Gravity will not be disappointed.

We initially put our house up for sale with Purple Bricks. Biggest mistake we could ever have made. We were looking for a place to buy at the same time. Came across Gravity Estate, they were selling a house we were interested in. My wife spoke to Jay and before you knew it Jay was booked to come and look at our house. He was amazing, me and my wife were happy to go ahead with Jay. The end result is, our house has been sold, we completed last week and are ready for the next chapter in our families life. We are so happy we went with Gravity and Jay was the best person to work along with every step of the way. We wish him the best for the future. Thanks Jay

Outstanding professionalism and support throughout We recently worked alongside Jay Rumsey of Gravity Estates on a property transaction, and it was a pleasure to collaborate with such a proactive and communicative professional. As the legal team acting for the buyer, we appreciated his responsiveness and hands-on approach in keeping all parties updated and the transaction on track. Jay’s professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to client care were evident throughout. This made the legal process smoother and more efficient for everyone involved. We look forward to working with him again in the future. Highly recommended!

A bit of an unusual review as I haven't bought or let a property through Gravity, however, I would like to remark on their kindness. I was in an awkward situation, someone was following me and circling around me on a bicycle as I was walking home. A Gravity Estates car pulled over to check I was ok and that the man on the bicycle wasn't bothering me. Although an odd situation, I wasn't overly bothered by the cyclist. The cyclist continued to follow and circle around me, Gravity staff turned around to double check on my well being. I made it home and all is well, definitely an odd situation but I'm grateful to Gravity for checking on me and plainly being willing to support had I needed it.
