Went through Gordon Lindsey Associates after trying a couple of other agents to sell my flat in Chiswick. Gordon was excellent and went the extra mile to make sure we sold the flat. He also helped with the solicitors, our onward purchase and the lengthy paperwork you have to go through with buying and selling. I would totally recommend Gordon and we are happy to say he has become a friend. Thank you for all your help, you are fantastic at what you do and way above your Piers! Catherine and Paul

Would highly recommend Gordon and Edward. Such a smooth purchase from start to finish. Edward was so accommodating to do my first viewing via FaceTime after I was told to isolate and Gordon was incredibly helpful when I had a slight problem during the purchase, they couldn’t do enough to help ...and then some!!! What’s really lovely is that they are both locals so know and love the area and can help you with your exact requirements whereas other agents just chuck you properties that are completely out of your spec and end up being an utter pain. I can honestly say I’ve never had such a pain/stress free purchase and Gordon and Edward are totally fabulous. You cannot go wrong by engaging with Gordon Lindsay associates.

For rental management companies in London, the bar is so low that it's hard to sink lower but Gordon Lindsay is the worst rental experience I have ever had. My housemate and I had major mould and water damage and kept asking for repairs. We were sent a private damp specialist who blamed us for drying laundry inside in winter and not keeping the windows open with the heat on (this was in the middle of the energy crisis). We had no choice but to contact the council and their inspector indicated that the roof gutter was faulty and that water was spilling into the walls. We were shortly given two-months notice. It looks like the owners investment may be destroyed. Avoid at all costs.

Gordon Lindsay was our star estate agent out performing 4 leading agencies in the Chiswick area who at various times were also marketing the property. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He effectively sold our flat twice after the initial offer fell through due our failure to buy. The offers he obtained were excellent and the buyers were genuinely committed. An amazing performance, we are indebted to him.

The help, guidance and support Gordon, Ed and team have given us through the sale of my Dad’s house has been absolutely first class. Having never had to deal with probate and selling a property before, I literally had no clue what I was doing - Gordon Lindsay Associates held our hands through the whole process - securing offers within days of putting the house on the market, and helping me navigate all the unexpected hiccups we had with probate and lost planning paperwork. For a very reasonable cost Gordon and his team went above and beyond the call of duty to get us through to completion - always professional, empathetic, understanding and super responsive. I cannot recommend the team highly enough. Thank you

Professional, reliable, friendly. Goes the extra mile, always calls back, has a genuine interest in helping you. Makes you feel at ease, no pressure. If you want all of this in an estate agent then ask for Ed! I have dealt with numerous estate agents and none of the above standards were met! We are yet to find our dream home but I know if it comes up I’ll get a call from Ed. Thank you! Highly recommended!
