GoogleI was shown around a warehouse £1m+ rent annum. Guy was late, security wasn't there to open up and I was on a tight timeline for next appointment. He was new to be fair but didn't have much key info. Emailed him twice and a 'Partner' who initiated our conversation was CC'd. No response. Perhaps my company was deemed not worthy of their place/I was considered a tyre kicker. But I think to ghost me was highly unprofessional

GoogleWorst facilities/management company have ever worked under. Consistently changing and re tendering contracts to line their own pockets. The contractors they contract at a cheap price correspond that with the works they do (shoddy). They just tell clients what they want to hear and do the complete opposite. Complete shambles of a management company. If my building/property was being managed by them I would quickly re think my options as they are cheap corner cutting pocket lining people. Never pay there bills on time and constantly have contractors coming to site demanding money and payments. STAY AWAY

GoogleNever use this company as a contractor! We've been asked to do the job for them on 7 Aug, it's been done the same day. Today is 16 Sep and we are still chasing the payment when we've been promised the job would be paid straight away. It's been 40 days now and we haven't heard from them about the certain date of payment. Also the generic number for inquiries (+442074933338) doesn't even work.
