I can’t recommend Petras Property highly enough, and in particular Susie, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. Having previously been with a large, well‑known high‑street estate agent, I had felt like just a number, pressured, rushed, and as though my property was a nuisance when it didn’t sell quickly. The difference when I moved to Petras was immediate, and such a relief.Susie is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the area, but what truly sets her apart is her kindness and the time she takes. Her approach is personal, thoughtful and reassuring, exactly what you need when selling a home, which is inherently stressful. You never feel like part of a big machine.I would highly recommend Petras Property to anyone looking to sell their home with confidence and care.

Petras Property were absolutely amazing with selling our flat in Earlsfield. We could not recommend them highly enough and we loved working with a smaller estate agent who know the area so well. From the first evaluation of the flat, all the way up to completion date Georgie and Susie were always at the end of the phone/ email to guide us through the process. We used Petras Property to sell our property in Earlsfield. We were in a situation where we had to get our property under offer at a certain minimum price in a very short time period to facilitate an onward purchase. The listing advice we got from Georgie and Susie was very transparent and to the point, setting a realistic expectation of pricing and the optimal time to put on the market. The photos on the listing brochure were the best I have seen and really brought the property to life. This ultimately led to us getting a large amount of footfall into the property very quickly. Susie was fantastic at keeping us up to date on feedback from viewers and ultimately secured us multiple offers quickly with an offer being accepted at asking price. Through the conveyancing process the wider Petras team were extremely helpful especially Michelle. This all resulted in us selling at the price and in the timelines we needed to secure the onward purchase of our dream home. I would highly recommend Petras Property.
