Fullers is a shambles of an estate agent. We put forward a genuine offer for a property on Halsted Gardens, N21. Joe claimed She could not get hold of the owner for three weeks, then never came back to us.
Shortly afterwards, the property was suddenly marked as sold. When I called to ask what had happened, her response was simply “that’s the way it is”, which was dismissive and completely unprofessional.
It became clear that they string buyers along until they attract more interest, then drop you without explanation or courtesy. We were given no feedback, no follow-up, and no opportunity to discuss or improve our offer.
This lack of transparency and professionalism is unacceptable. Make sure you steer clear of this rogue company.

All offers are submitted to sellers in line with our legal obligations, and the decision on whether to proceed rests entirely with the seller. In some cases, sellers may be unavailable or choose to proceed with another offer without further negotiation. This can happen quickly and is not always within an agent’s control. Properties are marked as sold only once an offer has been formally accepted.
For clarity, we did attempt to contact you and left a voicemail but received no response.
We reject the allegation that buyers are deliberately misled. While we understand disappointment when an offer is not successful, that does not justify personal abuse directed at our team.

GoogleIn simple terms the service was excellent. I had very specific requirements when looking at the local market for the sale of my father’s house. I was looking for a warm, friendly and ethical agency. One where I did not experience any pressure in the process. They made me feel that there was a partnership and involved me in the entire process. They were always there to reassure me when I felt concerns. I also felt they represented my father’s house in its true entirety and never did the typical embellishing which you often see in sales listings only to be extremely disappointed when actually viewing.
