GoogleLeonardo Figueira Oliveira from Foxtons Muswell Hill went way above my expectations. Despite many constraints, make his best to show me and my girlfriend more flats than we've even initially expected. He's natural, polite and understanding.
Looking for a new apartment can be stressful. Not with Leonardo, he put a lot of effort driving between other branches, to show us the most suitable units. This single trait makes him an excellent asset in every estate agency.
Above all his young but very professional agent, he certainly has a bright future in this business. There's no doubt I'll be recommending Foxtons and especially Leonardo to anyone looking for a new home.

GoogleWe just bough a flat from Foxtons Muswell Hill.
The process has been quite a nightmare due to the wrong choice with the solicitor, it took ages and communication was really bad. Instead our agent, Kostas, has been amazing, keeping us uodated, chasing our and vendor’s solicitors constantly, he left for holiday and even from abroad he was replying to emails, picking up the phone and he managed to get access to the flat as we needed to take some measures.
Buying a property can be really stressful but Kostas made the difference, THANK YOU SO MUCH!

GoogleMirvana Gkikopoulou of Foxtons is by far the best agent that I have spoken to in the last two months that I have been trying to rent a flat and I have spoken to quite a few from many other agencies. She is very attentive, her communication is excellent in addition to the fact that she is extremely responsive, communicative, smart, respectful, diligent and kind. She listens to your needs, pays attention to your specific situation and tries to come up with the best solution alternatives along with explanations and advice by considering your constraints and preferences. It would be an insult to compare her with the other lettings agents that I have been exposed to in the last two months, who don't pay attention, forget whatever was discussed in the previous discussions and then come up with apparent lies to cover up, which of course, even if you don't expose those, when that happens, you know that you are not dealing with the right person for the job. And of course, then you get proven right. There simply is no comparison. I can only wish that I had come across Mirvana earlier - I wouldn't have lost 2 months of my time to rent a flat. I recommend her with no reservations and would like to express my gratitude again.
