GoogleI had a wonderful experience with Foxtons especially having had the pleasure of working with great professionals such as Igor and Edvin Griskin. Both Igor and Edvin have been amazing. Igor impressed me very quickly with his incredible perception, proving in less than 2 minutes from when we first had spoken to have understood exactly what I was looking for. Both went way beyond their duties, working until late making themselves available to answer questions and to provide advise after working hours as well as week-ends.
Moving to a new house and relocating from another country can be an extremely stressful process but when you have people like Igor and Edvin supporting with the right skill sets everything becomes easier and even the house search can become pleasant.
I wish to everyone who is changing house to have the pleasure of collaborating with them, especially when having limited time available and need efficiency!

GoogleSuch a postive experience!! Our agent Edvin Griskin was great! Very thorough, quick and professional with helping us find our flat. He responded to all our inquiries and helped with each step until we found the right flat. We were traveling from the U.S and Edvin made sure everything was taken care of and we arrived being welcomed with excellent service. GoogleI was served by Edvin Griskin in Foxtons Park Lane agency in July 2015. Edvin is an experienced estate agent who knows what his customers want and can communicate and find a right approach to each customer, which makes him a great agent. It is hard to find a good agent who will not waste your time showing flats that are not worth looking at. Edvin is not one of them. In addition, I had a friend that wanted to rent a penthouse and Edvin showed us the best penthouse I viewed in London until now.
Overall, Edvin is a brilliant individual who understands his customers' needs and finds the right approach to communicate with customers and find the right property for them.

GoogleEdvin Griskin was extremely helpful... if we finally did not hire one of the properties Edvin showed us is only because, we just came across our dream appt when looking elsewhere.... though to be honest, it was far off the description we were giving Edvin to help us. Summary : I could not recommend more to trust Edvin to help you... but make sure you do indeed give him the right brief!

GoogleI dealt with Fiona Macpherson and Hannah Williams at Foxtons, who both went above and beyond what I would have expected.
They were extremely efficient, professional staff who I would have no hesitation in recommending, and it was an absolute pleasure to work with them as I secured a flat to rent in Central London.

GoogleHave worked with Nabeel for a couple of years now, and can't be complementary enough. He goes above and beyond in terms of late night viewings, and was very supportive in what turned out to be a very lengthy search for a new property.

GoogleI have five stars + more for Edvin Griskin as he has been extremely patient, pleasant and always willing to help in my search. My flat hunting has been going on for the last couple of months as I have very specific and slightly unique requirements but however Edvin has always gone an extra-mile to find places that are potentially suitable for me. I highly recommend him as its been great working with him so far.
Best Regards, Latha

GoogleVery quick and professional service. My agent understood exactly what I was looking for and only showed me flats matching my criteria. He also optimised our meeting schedule so that I could do all the viewings with a single trip to London (since I don't live in London at the moment). They work on Saturdays, which is very convenient.
