GoogleClifford is a very honest straight talking professional estate agent. It was a pleasure working with him. And I do thank him for being available for all my requests for access to the property and to the late 7pm key handover! I can't fault him with anything.

GoogleAfter paying the £2k listing fee for a supposedly premium experience we were thoroughly disappointed at almost every stage of the process on the way to getting our home onto the market. Communication was poor and unprofessional and questions from us along the way were ignored. So much so that we decided to switch to a new agent before viewings could commence. A waste of time and a very frustrating experience all round.

We made every effort to meet the requested 1pm deadline for launching the property, in line with the urgency expressed by your wife. Throughout the process, we worked closely with her to ensure all necessary approvals were sought. Unfortunately, due to her work commitments, we did not receive the confirmation in time. As a result, we proceeded with the listing as planned, though slightly later than initially intended, yet still on the same day. Additionally, your wife wanted to make some amendments to the brochure before going live. These revisions required us to resubmit the materials to our studio, which caused a brief delay in finalising the listing. We were encouraged by the immediate and strong interest from potential buyers, which we interpreted as a clear sign of the property’s appeal in the market. It is unfortunate that you and your wife chose to withdraw the listing due to the slight delay, especially given the level of buyer interest, which indicated significant potential for competitive offers. We fully respect your decision but remain confident that the property had strong market potential.
