GoogleWe have loved working with Findlay. Jack and the team are just such a nice bunch and patiently worked with us for much of 2025 guiding us through the process of becoming first time landlords. We felt finding the right tenants meant first finding the right estate agents to work with and with Findlay feel our flat is in very safe hands. Thank you Findlay!

GoogleI would give Findlay 0 star rating if there is such option! After going through all the ins and outs of arranging sales of my flat and signing sales agreement with them which took almost a week, Jack Abel decided it’s not worth his time to sell right before he puts the property on market. I was properly shocked by how unprofessional he was and how badly he treated his client. It’s a total waste of my time. There are a few reasons why Jack did that. 1. I already have photos and videos prepared for the sale so there is no extra money to be made on this. Jack pushed quite hard on this 2. Jack evaluated the property himself but a few days later he decided to reduce price by 50k so it’s easier for him to sell. Bear in mind this is all before the property went onto the market. Obviously I didn’t allow him to do so I won’t recommend anyone using Findlay especially Jack Abel. Very disappointed
This is an entirely inaccurate review and has been posted out of spite. This is patently an effort by Bryan Du (AKA Ping Du) to bully a hard-working member of our team. The uncomfortable truth is that Mr. Du’s expectations for the sale of his flat were so high and Mr. Du was so delusional that we decided not to proceed with marketing his property. This decision was also based on a previous bad experience working with Mr. Du where he refused to settle a payment that was due. We would advise all estate agents and tenants to steer well clear of Mr. Du.

GoogleFindlays have been excellent at helping me rent out my first property. The team have been responsive and professional , guiding me through the entire process. The small intimate truthworthy nature of their operation is a breath of fresh air after initial conversations with the large high street agents. Highly recommend Jack and his team

GoogleI've rented in London for 8 years and always had issues with landlords and estate agents. It's been so refreshing to rent with Findlays. They have been amazing since our viewing and we have happily rented with them for nearly two years. They are very responsive to emails and whenever there is an issue in the flat, they always sort it asap. And to be honest, the flat we rent was in such good condition we rarely have issues!

GoogleI few months ago, I was in Broadway market shopping in a DIY shop when I discovered Findlay Estate Agent. I was in the middle of doing some work in our property, so I wasn’t particularly well dressed when I decided to step in the agency. I was very well received by Jack the letting agent Manager and other staff. Initially, what impressed me the most was the synergy and friendliness between the Findlay team in this office. You could tell that they work together and there is a lovely atmosphere. It was this first encounter that made me decide to engage Findlay agency to let our property. And from the first visit from Jack in our property I was very impressed by his faultless communication skills, his excellent knowledge of the rental market and his impeccable manners: indeed, he even took his shoes off when he visited our property. Jack was instrumental in securing good tenants for our property. After each viewing, he gave us a detailed written report on how the viewing went and always answered my numerous questions with a lot of courtesy. In no time, Jack and his team were able to secure excellent tenants for us. I would recommend Findlay as an estate agent. They are straightforward and made renting our property effortless. GoogleWhat a life saver Findlay is ! Was not excited to start looking for a place this year, but they sorted us out with a place that was perfect for our budget and so quickly done. We love it! Big shout out to Jack in particular, our main touch point. He's always gone above and beyond for us, we moved in in August to a spotless and well functioning flat, and anything minor repairs needed since then he has personally seen to right away. GoogleFindlay managed a property for me for 5 years. In a business that is typically populated by sharks, the gentlemen at Findlay stood out. Above all I found them to be trustworthy. The was an absence of nasty surprises and hidden charges. Rather than feeling exploited - as I had done in experiences with other property management agents - I was being treated as a valuable long term customer by Findlay. Prices were fair and I genuinely felt that the property was in good hands while I was overseas and out of the UK. Their style is relaxed and friendly but they also manage to be efficient. GoogleThese guys are just the greatest. Hands down the best estate agents I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are both professional and personal, and they always go the extra mile to make sure that you are happy. We rented a 3 bedroom flat for almost two years. The Findley people were helpful from day one. They took good care of us and always helped out if we encountered any problems.
