GoogleI have been renting from Feliks for oven 5 years, they provided an outstanding service. Any query is addressed in matter of minutes, any issues with the property is address as soon as raised without any moaning or question asked. They are available, responsive and kind to the tenant.

GoogleAppalling estate agent, if I could give them less than 1 star we would. I had possessions stolen out of a house I was renting from Feliks Augustine by a cleaning contractor at the end of the tenancy- they will conveniently claim this is the wrong estate agents, definitely isn’t! Peter and Alina are horrible and treat people with no humility or an ounce of respect. Avoid this estate agent if you can possibly avoid it to save your self stress and being treated like an animal.

GoogleWe were tenants of a property managed by Feliks Augustine, and what an incredible service! I could not recommend them enough; Peter especially was a real gem; whenever we had any issues at all with the property (which was extremely rare) he would always take our concerns seriously; either proactively organising work to be done, or putting our minds at ease with really thorough and considerate communication. Really grateful to have experienced such a positive relationship with a managing estates business as it is especially difficult to find in London. If ever I rent out properties in London they would be the first agency I call to help!

Wrong firm. We don't employ receptionists!! We've never spoken to this person as far as we know so probably confusing us with another agent with a similar name - it happens often unfortunately. We asked Google to remove this review but they refused so please do make your own mind up.

GoogleAvoid at all costs. Worst Lettings agent I have ever encountered. An example of a charge when the tenancy ended was 60 pounds for a lightbulb replacement - this is just the tip of the iceberg. Do not risk it!

The property was left in an appalling condition back in 2018. Deductions were made at the request of the Landlord and the ex tenants were advised that if they were unhappy they should raise a dispute with MyDeposits. They did not do this and instead accepted the refund in full and final settlement. The accusation that a charge of £60 was made for one light bulb is inaccurate and misleading. A large number of light bulbs and batteries needed replacing. We pride ourselves on the fact that we look after both our tenants and our Landlords which is borne out by the fact that over 70% of our Landlords have been Clients of ours for over 10 years and the majority of our tenants stay with us for over 3 years.
