GoogleWorst management company ever.as I dealt with Sonia Chabra aka Sonia Rani Swarup. Unprofessional, dishonest and in efficient. Caused me more stress than I had imagined. She took cash for paint and re pairs after my tenant left but told me 6 weeks later that she couldn't send pictures since the paint hadn't dried yet. In a hot climate. Really? New agent said unit was left in horrible condition. Wouldn't recommend.

GoogleMy mum and stepdad have been looking for a property and came across Evernest. Loredana (agent) was able to arrange everything quickly and efficiently. I cannot thank you Loredana enough, you have been so helpful and have done exceptionally well for them. You were always professional and available for any queries they had and followed up quickly with all tasks that needed to be completed during the renting process and they were accepted for the property. Not only that, Loredana is a really nice person and made them feel at ease and supported at all times. I would recommend Loredana for anyone looking for a property, the best agent we have come across! I cannot thank you enough!

GoogleSonia Chhabra is my agent for life! I have moved my contracts loyally alongwith her as she has expanded her property expertise with different businesses for the last decade. She is sincere, honest, gives feedback, suggests valid improvements, negotiates terms to suit both me as landlord and my tenant, and is genuinely invested in her clients and that also means chasing up for me when I, myself, my tenant or any service management needs that chasing up. She cares. And one cannot express the importance of that in today's world enough. If I give the company 5 stars; then its thanks to Sonia Chhabra!!

GoogleI had an extremely disappointing experience with this agency. Despite fulfilling all the terms of my lease, they failed to return my security deposit. Additionally, they neglected necessary maintenance in the property, which significantly impacted my living conditions. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for tenant rights is unacceptable, and I strongly advise against using their services.

GoogleRegrettably, my experience with this agency was highly unsatisfactory. Not only did they withhold my security deposit without justification, but they also failed to conduct essential maintenance as promised. This negligence made my tenure as a tenant both uncomfortable and inconvenient. I caution anyone considering their services to be wary of these serious shortcomings.

At first we were a bit hesitant to transfer the money to them because we were not able to do an in person viewing (we were abroad and now came here to study), but they accomodated us every step along the way (live video call in the apparment) and we were able to do the money transfer during the key handover (great service!). The flat was exactly like the pictures and Haris, Mudasir and others from Evernest have been extremely kind and helpful to us. We were a bit in a rush because we only found their apartment right before we wanted to move in (1 week) but they were fine with calling any time (even in the evening) when we had some questions. Also, our internet was almost non-existent when we arived, but we called them and ask them to fix it since we are in quarantine and really needed it and within one hour someone moved the router a bit closer to us and everything was fixed. Wonderful people! We definitely recommend them!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAbsolutely terrible! Very happy to take a holding deposit for a property which was not deemed fit for living in, after 8 months I still don't have my money back. When you call you always go to voicemail and rarely get a response back.
