GoogleOne of the worst rental agencies I've ever encountered in London. They invent fake charges to keep part of your deposit. They promise to make repairs to the flat, but they never do. If I had to recommend them, I would recommend staying away.
I am sorry to read this Johann, not making excuses but not all properties are managed by us. Some are managed directly by the landlord. can you share which property was it that you stayed in please?

GoogleLowest of the low, refused to fix my shower for 6 months (which they legally have to do) had no hot water for 6 months, so I withheld rent and then took me too court by sending the summons to the same flat (that they knew I didn't live in). Proper scum this company.
Sorry to read this Alan. Clearly this is unacceptable and you are rightly angry. We are unaware of this and are surprised to read your review. We don't have you listed as our tenant, when did you rent from us? Do please share more details so that I can investigate this matter.

Sorry to read this Zakaria. I agree with you that this is unacceptable. I however do not have you listed as our tenant, ever. Please can you share when did you rent from us so that I can investigate this.
