GoogleI’ve only recently started renting this space and the environment is nice, but the management has been quite poor. There has been confusion with billing, including being mixed up with a previous tenant and incorrect payment timing, which felt disorganised given the price.

GoogleWorkspace is consuming a lot of energy and toasting people while they work. No fresh air to breathe, no circulation.

GoogleI went for a tour of the art studios and just wanted to leave a review although I have not decided yet whether to take a space. They have built completely new studios and done lots of renovation/improvements and it’s really amazing. I also visited the CUTEST shared studio there called heart space which is a dreamy large open space with more affordable areas to set up a permenant studio whether you are a hobbyist or running a business. It’s filled with so many lovely creatives, art work and supplies everywhere, warm fairy lights, lamps and dogs! If I lived closer I would have loved to take up a space here. The private studios are also great with communal areas and a really sophisticated postal room so you can send and receive packages securely and it was automated with a scan and pop open door system like in-post lockers. The restaurant on site toms pasta is also the best Italian I’ve ever tried!

GoogleThe place is huge and it's easy to get confused when working out which room you need to be in. Each of the rooms is big enough for 20+ people. Very impressed how secure the building is and the cleanliness is second to none.

GoogleI've been tattood here twice now and both times I've had the most lovely experience. Every single staff member treated me with kindness even when not tattooing me. One session was pre-booked and one was a flash day and even on the flash day the whole atmosphere was calm and welcoming. And the tattoos?! Incredible. My most complimented!! An incredible space to get some art

GoogleAfter a viewing we called HDS to let them know that we would like to rent a studio. We were told that Penelope will set up the contact and call us with the next steps. She didn't. We called repeatedly within the next weeks to ask about the contract and the next steps. Each time we were told, "Penelope will call you later". She never did. Now after over a month of wait we were told, that HDS "won't be progressing with your enquiry". Thanks for letting us wait.

GoogleVisited the Vegan Market last week Saturday. The Vlondon Burger is the way forward...absolutely amazing. I could eat 2. Variety of food stalls to tantalise your taste buds. Friendly environment, I ate and enjoyed networking.

GoogleReally interesting project. We came here to build human towers and hadn't been to the area before recent developments but the location seems to have lots of promise. El Garito bar was perhaps a bit expensive but they were playing great music whilst we were there. The café (Brunswick East?) was also expensive but the food we had, chilli poached eggs and a fruit crumble, we're well worth it.

GoogleWent here for the pop up cinema watching Elf. Was a great night, fantastic bar at the studios with really helpful and friendly staff. The screening was presented all Christmas with a walkthrough wardrobe to set you in the mood. Bar serving all throughout which really helped! Only slightly annoying was it didn't start until 20:30 so had everyone waiting around for an hour.

GoogleThis place is literally on my doorstep. Can't believe I've been sleeping on this place! From the refill shop, tattoo/nailshop, vintage shop, I was totally amazed at the variety of things so close to me. Really great place!

GoogleIf you're looking to rent a studio then be aware. No where to park, you can't unload on site and staff are rude and not Interested or bothered in any way and do nothing to make you feel welcome. If people cared it could be an amazing place to rent.
