GoogleLizzie has been outstanding throughout our rental experience. She was incredibly helpful, efficient, and reliable in securing our current flat. During the process she went out of her way to support us. She promptly addressed any questions or issues that came up during our search and even after we moved in. Her professionalism and dedication made the whole process very smooth.

GoogleSpoke to Wong on the phone to get a update on a deposit refund, he was very rude and very aggressive over the phone , started to shout and started to make comments like “ don’t contact me I don’t have your deposit”. “ if you wanted your deposit earlier you should of left early”. My advice is if you call and Wong picks up , please hang up and try again as his customer service skills are terrible. He hanged up the phone around 3 times and refused to give his name when he was told that his name is needed for complaint. Very aggressive over the phone to.

GoogleLizzie is literally an angel to us. We were so desperate to find a house as my partner was moving out with me during pandemic. We were denied multiple times from other landlords but lizzie find a way to help us. She was very responsive and helpful. Even after the pandemic she helped us negotiate to our landlords. As both new to tenancy she helped us by giving suggestions on how to setup utilities, even though it wasn’t her job. We really appreciate all her help and care for the past three years we rented this flat. We never had one problem with everyone. They went out of their way to fit the flat to the life we needed it to be. Nothing but gratitude. Will def miss everyone.

We initially contacted her about another flat in the same building, and she suggested viewing others that were not yet ready to advertise - allowing us to secure our current flat without the usual London rental competition! She has remained in regular contact for any queries we have and enabled a straightforward referencing and contract process.

During the process of renting out my London (Shoreditch) property Lizzie herself helped with everything from viewings, making sure I had the best tenants to dealing with rent negotiations (I live out of town). GoogleI'm getting in touch with one of their agents trying to arrange a viewing for a property. A girl wich I don't remember her name calls me back eventually and tells me that she is going to be at the property a specific time on Monday. She also agrees to send me a video of the property "right away" that she obviously never did. Tried to get back to her asking politely that I could really use the video since I have a pretty much full schedule so that would save us some time. She read the message, never replied. Tried to call their office again, a secretary of some sort told me that they will give me a call back, some hours later still nothing. Tried to email them again as the time of the supposed viewing was close to confirm that but they never responded. Most ignorant and disrespectful people I have ever saw in my letting experience.
