Maureen and her Team in the East Ham Branch were all excellent and very professional. Hasan dealt with any queries I had promptly, as did Rosalie. I was kept informed at all times in what can be a very stressful time. This was the second time my family have used this branch and both times the service was above and beyond of what was expected. We had an offer within the first week of the house going on the market. I would definitely recommend them.

Our first contact was Waseem who has listened closely to our requirements and worked hard to give us the attention and options we are looking for. Waseem was less of a hard sales man and more of a trusted advisor. I'll definately use Douglas Allen again.

From first meeting through to completion of sale, Douglas Allen in East Ham were amazing. They generated massive interest in the property - around 100 people came to two open days - and managed this well. A few obstacles arose during the conveyancing, but Andrew Bilby ensured these were all resolved. A great team of people - I strongly recommend them.
