GoogleI had an excellent experience with Edward and Shenda from Domeview Properties when renting 104 Elektron Tower. From the very beginning of my tenancy they were very professional, responsive and understanding of the situation.
With any issues regarding the property be it damage or service or extension they were quick in response and the solutions worked best for both owners and tenants.
They made the exit process and deposit realse extremely smooth and straight forward. Property inventory was fairly assessed and any questions were answered in the most efficient way.

GoogleAn incredibly positive experience.
I was a customer of Domeview Properties from June 2016 - February 2018 and, specifically, a tenant of one of their modern 3-bedroom apartments in Aldgate East. My experience with a number of the team over that period was incredibly positive, both in terms of their level of customer service and support in dealing with all maintenance and contracting matters. Further details below.
Management of contracts and finances - the team are efficient and extremely fair when it comes discussing fees, rental amounts and payment schedules
Maintenance and property management - we had several to-be-expected issues with the heating, air conditioning, white goods, etc, which Domeview were always brilliant in supporting the process of repair. This would of course require a third party tradesman or property manager to resolve these issues on occasion, but Domeview were always great when it came to facilitating it.
Customer service - Edward and team were always helpful and understanding in any situations where we needed contact; furthermore, their attitude and urgency always made the process efficient and effective.
Would recommend, primarily for the level of trust and comfort you can have in a property agency which is unfortunately not always found elsewhere.

GoogleI generally had a good experience with this agency. Solving problems and making inquiries were always smooth. However, one of their agents (Ebony) brought a potential new tenant to visit my flat without my permission, when I was on holidays. I did not appreciate that and she never apologised, just ignored my emails.... I contacted Edward who apologised later. I have also explicitly asked to keep my letters during the transition period but never got any information about them, even knowing that some letters have arrived (got simultaneously by email). This was not nice given that I kept returning all letters for the previous tenant for a year when I moved in.

GoogleAbsolute bunch of chancers. Every problem we've had with a property they manage gets passed on to someone else. They promised for months to contact us and arrange a date for their contractors, then when nothing happens explain it's because someone else was on holiday.
Their staff show little grasp of good customer service and couldn't hang up quick enough when I called to report a leak in our ceiling. No callbacks and the agent (Edward) I needed to speak to was always "out of the office".
If you're looking for a company who'll take a regular fee to do sweet f. a. then these are your guys.
