GoogleGot a few agents in to view my late uncles property and went with Dexters as felt their appraisal was the most realistic and their rates were pretty similar. Throughout the process Marc kept me informed and, importantly, always replied to my messgaes and calls proptly.

GoogleGenerally estate agents are not among my favourite groups of people to deal with, but I have to say that Alex Lund has been extremely professional, patient and supportive in helping me to end my tenancy earlier (to move to another city for working reasons). I'm very grateful to him and the team. GoogleDexters has given me a great service to rent up my new home. Maria was friendly and has been very helpful to secure the property. After she left the company, Charmaine and Ruchika have taken over my contract and helped me to set up everything. They were very supportive through out the process and made it easy with better communication and prompt responses.

GoogleAnthony Barnes at Dexters is a unicorn in real estate, he actually says things and then does them! His communication is so clear I thought I’d been accidentally upgraded to VIP service. GoogleI have worked with Lucy at Dexters for 5 years. During this time, Lucy has rented a number of my properties and has always found me great long term corporate tenants. Lucy understands my needs and requirements, which is very hard to find from an agency. I have another property due to go on to the market sometime in the near future and I will not hesitate to make sure it is registered with Lucy and her team. GoogleI was very impressed with Jourdain & his team. In the space of 4 days having the house on the rental market, they were able to achieve the asking price and offers above it. After the terrible service we had when the house was rented and managed by RSK for 3 years and even more appalling service with their sales team when we did attempt to test the market, it was a breath of fresh air to see that Jourdain and his team were reliable, professional, respectful towards the potential tenants/ourselves and on time with the appointments! We hope they keep up with the good work.No doubt, we would use Dexters to sell the house one day, if they are as good as their letting team !
