I really want to thank Mattie for helping me find my flat. Everyone knows how stressful the flat search can be, but Maddie made the process feel refreshing. She never rushed me through a viewing - even if there was a line outside, she took the time to walk me through each space and make sure I really understood the flat. She was encouraging about the state of the market and supportive throughout! When it came time to put in an offer, I felt like I blinked and suddenly it was accepted, the contract was signed, and the flat was mine. Mattie is absolutely someone you want in your corner if you’re looking for a new home!

Had the best experience with Mattie. Only about an hour after viewing we had sorted the tenancy out, and only a few days for references, deposits and everything sorted. She has been super helpful with making move in day as fitting for both myself and landlord as possible. The entire process with finding a new home has been so easy and stress free because of how helpful Mattie has been! 10/10 experience and I’m happy to be working with her going forward!!
